Don't be fooled by the horsepower numbers on small modern compact tractors; they're not man enough(not heavy enough) for their hp ratings. You're looking for a 6k-pound tractor with about 50-75 horsepower. A little 3k-pound tractor of the same power does not have enough weight, and won't accomplish the jobs you want. Go older if you have to. 4wd will be very nice. A front-end loader is indispensable. A cab is unnecessary. A Deere 2555, IH 684, Ford 5000, or David Brown 990 are some examples of 1970's and 1980's tractors that would fit the bill. The 2555 is likely the only one of that list that you'll find in 4wd, though. A newer tractor in this size range would be a Deere 5410 or the equivalent. Kubota specializes in these utility tractors, and has some good stuff, but I don't know their product line very well.

Edit: I would not mess with a skidsteer for your sort of spread. It excels at a few things, but it's a poor fit for general maintenance on a 10-acre farm. In your situation, buying a single tractor that does it all will be the best move. Learn to maintain and repair that tractor yourself, and keep it in as good shape as possible.
