IMO Skid steer first. Get one with an EROPS w/heat. You don't need AC. An 853 Bobcat would be good enough to start. Bucket, forks, tree puller, snow plow blade. That will get you started. I can get a lot more done with my snow plow than I ever did with just a bucket. Then once you get to the point for a tractor? A 2950 JD will fill the bill. It is a 100 hp. tractor. It would be easy to handle and is capable of several jobs. Plus? It won't break the bank. good luck
