Wood screen, careful not to walk on it as to push rock into mix more, would take more grinding to get profile more even and not see footsteps. Had a company out of Fargo do it - 3 hours away, had to rent a 3 phase generator for power. Expensive finish but will last a lifetime. I have seen it done to a regular concrete floor and it does look nice. Nicer depending on rock in mix. Attached are a few pictures.
