Western Nebraska | Had a chance to demo one last year for a day in confection sunflowers. Our yields aren’t real big, but I was impressed with it. We have a 750 and a 740. In wet flowers the stocks have a tendency to hang on the rotor nose and plug up the impeller. The single rotor eliminates that issue entirely. I ran a 12 row head on it and never had any problem with the capacity. However, it wouldn’t surprise me if high yielding corn might test it. |
