NW Iowa | 1000hr machine for us last year. Replace feeder house floor, transition cone, rotor cage and vanes, rotor spiral, front 2/3 of rotor rub bars, bubble up auger flighting. Doors on the bottom of elevators and pan on the underneath auger. Replace all bearings , many were rough. Be sure to have pressures checked. We are doing several new pumps this year and CVT rotor drive seals went out during harvest. It's a simple machine easy to work on, but should have been built heavier. | |
