Galahad, Alberta | Doug, use the search function and type in "steiger 1280" for the last year. There are a couple good threads. My brothers owned a 1985 CR 1280, put over 9000 hours on it with no major problems, just nickel and dime stuff. We ran it on a 1482, and a 9501 for a few years. The speeds weren't great, the low/hi in first were 1.9 and 2.3, then 3.2 and 3.5 in 2nd. Unless you can pick up the swath at 3.2 or better, its a long day at 2.3 mph
