If you go this route then purchase a big tow behind compressor. We blow off everything before we wash.
Yes, definitely need a commercial air compressor. I also figure more time using an air compressor, the less time you actually have to wash. Plus you aren't just pushing dirt/debris back and forth with an air compressor like you can with a power washer.
