I put in a new one about this time last year in my daughter's house. 98% 115,000 BTU furnace (propane), humidifier, and updated the A coil and condensing unit, Goodman brand, for around $2,000. No labor cost of course. Three companies build most of the furnaces now days, with different names on them.
