the excelerator 8010 is awesome. you can run it in wet conditions if needed and still leaves a nice finish. In my opinion a much safer tool to avoid creating compaction especially as a spring tool. Takes a lot less hp than a high speed disc. Everyone has different ideas on how much residue they want to bury though. Sometimes in the fall im worried im not doing enough and i get out there in the spring and say to myself " Did i work this too much last fall?" Takes rocks like a champ even at that 8.5-10 mph.
