east grand forks, mn | Like others have said put a fairly big dent in it to keep them from balling up. I actually use 93% lean and then after putting the dent in it I put a few ice cubes in the middle to keep them as juicy as possible for the lean meat. The ice really helps quite a bit! Like another poster has stated. Do not squish a lean patty down with a spatula or whatever on a regular grill unless you like dry..... | |
