I ran a plastic conduit out of the floor, right under where my welding table is located. The electrician then ran flex conduit to the outlets on the table. I don't have a wide range of travel with the table, but I don't need to move it.
I also ran 2 plastic conduits out of the floor where the 2 post lift is located. 1 for electrical, and the other for an airline to feed the air hose reel mounted on the lift. (No, the conduit is not carrying the air. The air line is running thru the conduit.)


Everything under my floor is run inside conduit. The plumber wanted to just bury the water & air lines, but I wanted the ability to replace or repair if needed.


I put 4 of these in the floor...

and I hope that I don't ever need them.


In floor heat, conduit to all locations under the floor, 2 post lift, floor drain, and the list goes on...
