NW Iowa | Floor heat a must, we went geotherm, next to free to AC in summer, don't buy a cheap hoist, its your life under the hoist, we went with a Mohawk, American made. we put 2 tie downs in, and one drain under the hoist, wanted concrete to stay level everywhere else for working on equipment etc... we went with a forklift instead of overhead hoist, and are happy thus far. no electricity in the ground. just put plenty of outlets, both 220 and 110. we put several 50 reels for electric cords, thus no extension cords around. could go on and on, let me know if you want more... | |
