Our 9570R is a bear to lift also. Don't know why, our 9630 and 9230 were a lot easier. Maybe the hoods are heavier, and they used the same springs. Ours hasn't fell YET, but thanks for the heads up. If I am underneath it, I will prop it up with a stick.
