Beans are just plain hard to move. I don't think you have a problem with this set-up just need to slow down.Should you need to load faster speed up the auger. Filling the auger up to capacity will just cause more problems than loading slow.  Twist off the shaft burn up the motor etc.  At ten bucks a bu go slow and watch the money roll out.
