"Here", unless the roof is insulated you will have drips coming from the ceiling/roof at certain times of the year. Even open sheds, quansahuts that are open on both ends, etc. will all drip. Some mornings it will looking like it is raining for 10-15 minutes as the roof heats up in the morning. 4" of insulation will take care of things.
