I like the Ideal wire strippers. They are available in various wire size ranges. Cut cleanly and quickly without damaging the wire or insulation. When you squeeze the handles one side grips the wire the other side comes down and cuts the insulation when the wire is in the correct sized notch. Then further squeezing the handles the 2 halves separate and pull the insulation off.
