mn
Have an older wildcat 8000a . Same story as the poster above, neighbor bought it new, choose not to sell it on retirement auction and never used it again, sat in his shed till he gave me a really good deal on it. I have used on a IH986 and IH1086 and it works ok, horsepower is definitely the limiting factor. When snow gets bad (like this storm) I put it on a JD8400T it absolutely amazes me what this machine can do. I use it in cattle yards also and it never stops for frozen manure or any thing. I have run a lot of junk through it accidentally and nothing seem to hurt it. I had an older style average snow blower before and listening to my neighbors now I don't regret owning a heavier built snow blower. You wont be disappointed in your investment.
