One thing no one has said is when you use a plasma cutter by itself it puts a lot of dust into the air. With out any dust control you will run yourself out of the shop. I have started using metal cutting saws. Like Steel max. I'm still not sure how I like it. I like the cut it is good and square it does go through blades. I'm not sure which one is cheaper to run.
