Hydracushion seat is the biggest thing that comes to mind. A/C seems to work better in 40 series, not sure if it's a bigger condenser? 30 series could have syncro transmission or quad range vs 40 series quad or powershift. 404 cu in vs 466 cu in and 10 gallons more fuel in a 40
