Washington, Kansas & Lincoln, Nebraska | Spilker-Sprague in Beatrice, Nebraska will rebuild it correctly and for a lot less. It cost me 80.00 for him to rebuild my Robert Bosch on my 2188 this fall. It need a rectifier assembly. I already had a 24.00 brush/regulator assembly in it. It would have cost over 500.00 to buy a rebuilt from CNH. Mine had been a rebuilt over the CNH counter a few tears ago. Spilker said it was a terrible job. I hadn't told him it was rebuilt even.
You likely have some place that rebuilds these nearer you. If not, I'm sure Dave would be glad to get it UPS. |
