Eastern Nebraska | We just went through this on the same transmission. We have an International truck that we put a DT 466 and the MT 643 transmission. We ended up buying one through Inland Truck Parts in Lincoln Nebraska. They were very helpful through the whole process of setting up the PTO and pump. Here's the part number of the PTO we got: TG6S-U6004-C3BX. This is a Muncie Part number for the base PTO and will change part numbers as you build it to your specific application. You can go on their website and build one online to your specific transmission. You need to make sure that when you take the plate off the right side that there's a PTO gear in there. I guess some Allison's did not have the gear. You also have to have a serial number of 122765 and higher for the PTO. Don't pay attention to their price on their website. Inland was a LOT cheaper than list price. We also got a pump from them. Good luck. If you have any questions be sure to ask. | |
