Better hope no one figures out how to jimmy the valve with the lock in place. Once that happens, and your called for a gas leak, its very hard and dangerous to climb up on the tank and unlock the lock so that you can shut the valve. Also during this time you are losing a lot of a very expensive product, and have quite a release to report to the EPA.
