What ever software a person uses, to realize it's full function we have to spend the time and effort to learn the procedures to fully utilize its capabilities. It does take a lot of time and effort. Try and find some training. I know that usually costs time and money too, but it is well worth it. Saves on headaches. We are not going to learn it in a day, and it will only return what we put into it.
If you have questions or problems, be specific with the cause for grief, and you will get a better answer. It is hard to answer a generalization or an opinion.
