If I was looking to make a change, I'd seriously look at one of those molded plastic tanks with the heater that use a bio-friendly solvent. I used one at a friend's place once, it seemed to clean pretty well and didn't dry your hands out so bad. The warm solvent was pretty nice on the winter day I used it, too. It seems like the deal was that the solvent had to be warm in order to cut grease as well as the old fashioned stuff. I suppose a normal solvent tank could be converted to the new stuff by adding a tank heater.
