Subject: Re: Hydro 186?

functionally old hydro 100's are pretty good , not meant for pulling . a little miserable to do service work on, noisy crude cab, access not good , but don't know if 186 is a lot better. hyd controls crude
good things , from seat look right down thru draw bar hole, 2 pto shafts.can control pto from rear of tractor, great for 10 or 13 inch auger.
enough hyd. to run hyd side auger. starters seem to last forever.. good cold weather operation
greatest assets , same as any hydro ,infinite speed , no clutch , super smooth loader tractor. move 1/4 inch or even just put pressure with bucket to straighten something
I am sure there are a lot better tractors around now, but you will put up with a lot to have the hydro
