I don’t recall ever seeing a cage used for modern tubeless tires on one piece wheels.
The style of wheel/rim is irrelevant when you have a zipper explosion. A cage is a pain, but can save your life.
To the OP, Ken Tool is the old standby. Finding a used one at an auction will be significantly cheaper than new, and they don’t really go bad unless some serious rust has occurred.
