Hi Mitch, It's been a while since I used FW. I looked at again briefly, this fall. Seems like the new site will import data from my EZ-500 USB sticks so you can look at it. At the time, it wouldn't spit it back out for loading into the EZ500 though, so that killed the deal. You say they've addressed the shortcomings I noted. How are they handling field borders that it seems are constantly changing on my place? How do they handle starting a field, pausing when partly finished; to go work on another, and then coming back to work a while on the first while leaving another partly finished. It is also not unusual to split off a pass or two on the border of a field to seed out the tank at the tail end of the season. That small sliver will only be a one year deal and the field will be farmed in its entirety next year. I'm curious how you'd account for those chunks with any accuracy and what the field history reports would look like after several years of fragmentation like this. If you miskey an amount while entering it, what does it take to change it when you find your mistake? Is it as simple as just changing the amount or does it take reversing entries and then re-entering it in the correct amount? What is the procedure for entering a new merchant or new account or category as Intuit users refer to them? Can it be done on the fly, as you're making entries or do you need to back up and go into different dialog boxes to accomplish it? Does it accept Credit Card statements by merely downloading them from the Card's website? |
