The MacDon corn head is just a rebadged Harvestec 6000 series. They've been around forever and the 6000 series has been around since 2014. The cornheads were just rebranded with the purchase of MacDon by Linamar a couple years ago. While they don't have a lot of flashy selling points like some other brands, they are a very solid, reliable head that does a nice job chopping stalks and holds up pretty well in my experience.
