North Central Iowa | Sounds like either you have a pinhole in a cylinder liner or a head gasket problem. The fluid around the turbo probably came from antifreeze that leaked into the cylinder while it was setting, then got blown out once you started it. I'm not familiar enough with a 60 series to tell you which is more likely. Are you getting white smoke out of the exhaust, too? It may not be severe enough for that yet. It's definitely something that needs to be looked at right away because it will only get worse. Sorry for the bad news, maybe you can post back the findings to help the next guy, Mike
