First check the cross T filter for the black hose that supplies water to the solenoid box.  Also, verify that all the black hoses are connected to the solenoids and at each aqua valve.  A few might have plugs in and that is OK.  Next, make sure all the fuses in the solenoid box are good.  I believe theres a master fuse and then each solenoid has a .5 amp glass fuse.  Then start checking solenoids and replacing bad ones.
