Wooster,Oh
Funny you should have similar problems to what I have been seeing on my 4250. I was planting last season and suddenly my alarm and trans pressure light was on. Bring a powershift I didn't want to take any chances so I shut it down and did some pressure checks with a manual guage and determined that pressure was good. I have since unhooked the alarm and have just been running with the pressure light coming on and going off as it feels like it. I have tried to get it to act up to check the wiring but every time I am where I can do it it starts working again. I did find one time this spring the light came on I gave the instrument cluster just a short firm bump and the light went away so I believe my cluster could be on the way out also but I haven't confirmed the wiring under the hood is good yet so I want to rule that out before I go any further. I will attach the pages out of the tech book for testing said sensor. If you need anything else let me know. I know it's a little distance but if you get to a point and want to try another cluster let me know you are welcome to try mine and see if it makes any difference.
