Aim is a great velvetleaf herbicide. After that, well, it's not great, especially if the weeds have any size to them.

Realize too that Aim tends to be pretty tough on soybeans.

It helps out in burndowns, if it's on before the crop is up there is really no issue. After that, it can be really tough on beans.

So the label is rather "interesting". Like use it then don't use it then use it between these stages. They are serious about that.

And it's also don't use on short maturity beans. I can't remember exactly what that maturity group was except I know nothing we grow is a long enough maturity to use it. I think it's so they have time to recover.

It's been awhile since I've read the soybean portion of the label, but I really don't remember it controlling that many weeds. Like I said before, velvetleaf is it's real niche.
