We had a similar issue, under the seat toward the back near the rectangular filter/screen there was the main electrical connector, when we ran the fan there was I think a larger black wire that would get warm, took the connector apart and connector were little burnt, we end up hard wiring that one wire around connector. We could usually get it running by moving the wires that are behind and under the seat.
There is a connector near this filter that is not in the "box" under the seat, but it's just behind it and I believe it's the main connector for the ATC harness. I didn't take it apart, but I did inspect it. I'll give it a closer look. I did wiggle it with the fan running trying to get it to fail, with no luck. |
