I calculated $15 a ton removal of nutrients not counting organic matter. If it appraises at 20 bu you lose $120 dollars of crop insurance. So 5 ton a acre thats $24 dollars you lost there plus $15 for removal your at $39 dollars a ton. Even at $40 dollars a ton not worth it. Good way to make your ground worse over the long run and not making any money off it.
