NE Iowa | Oh, by the way, typically when the basis is +1.25 where I live…..there ain’t no corn in the bins. We didn’t go positive basis just now to try and keep bushels coming in. We have been positive basis for months now. You really think that people locked their bins tight at $7? People cashed in and there ain’t none out there. But you go ahead and believe whatever the numbers are. The numbers are fiction and yes I know that’s what we have to deal with but I don’t have to believe them. | |
