NE Iowa | I’m not waiting for anything. I have marketed most of what I can’t store for fall delivery. I have priced some of my January corn also.
If there is so much corn out there yet I’m not sure why the same ethanol plant that issued the hot bid” just announced free priced later till October. I know they are trying to cover their nearby breads but if there is a pile of corn out in the countryside this would not be needed.
I seriously doubt that given corn has been over $6 since January that there is 2.2 billion out there on the farm. Seems to defy logic.
Not at all wanting or trying to pick a fight. Just stating my opinion.
