northwest tennessee | Yes in pasture i would run with no angle, in the crop ground I would run angle and I have used this to work ground like a disk. I would run over more than once angled. I saw an aerway that the guy was trying to sell that had two gangs alternated. It was used but not hurt, 10 foot and think he wanted over 16000.00 for it. This was a while ago too so no telling now.
