Our LX665 did the same thing…control valve was bad. Dealer looked into new control valve, can’t remember if it was no longer available, or just ridiculously expensive. But after doing a little research here on NAT, I decided to plumb in a double pilot lockout valve. For less than a couple hundred $, it stopped the boom settling, and we’re still using that machine 4 or 5 years later.
