You should have their numbers. The auction company killed sale. Imo you are free to sell it yourself.
$16k? Most are 10% if not live auction? Plus you pay bit?
So next bidder actually bid @$16900? 10% to Max of $1000? So call a few. “Guy backed out. It’s for sale $15500. CASH. That’s well under your last bids”
