1. You should have told the auctioneer to list it accurately.
2. Jockey might have done you a favor if the hydraulic issue is relatively easy/inexpensive to repair (hopefully it is) and you have another chance to sell it in working order. Someone likely bid $15900 knowing the hydraulics were not working.
