The picture is looking at the south end of a northbound horse. The "cameras" you see are part of the obstacle avoidance system on the drone. Looks like they work great ****
Don't know what the truck cost but sometimes it is good to be part of the good ole boy network. Boom trucks and telehandlers can be available at greatly reduced rates to members of the above club but we don't know for sure about this case. Lastly, don't listen to a word I say about drones because my track record is poor, at best.
