Kingston,Mi | Many years ago a land clearing contractor using an IHC dozer that started on gasoline, had his reserve gas stolen while the dozer sat overnight. He left full fuel cans under the tail end of the dozer for the next days work. He filled the "gas" can with water, poured enough gas in to give an authentic smell and set the altered can next to the diesel filled cans. Next mourning there was a car parked/abandoned on the shoulder of the road about 1/2 mile away. Gus filled up the starter fuel tank with another gas can, filled the diesel and went to work tearing out a woods.
Wouldn't the gas thieve have to prove it was your altered tank that caused his problems and not some other fuel tank?
