Only if you made it an "attractive nuisance", like putting it on the edge of a field next to a highway but away from any houses and left a good battery hooked up to the pump. If it's the same barrel you've been using, you've tried to prevent theft, but it's stolen anyway, then you just need a camera to post the results on youtube.
