Subject: class action lawsuit

NW Iowa
I have been on Agco to have a fix for these and the modules on the 600/8600 wheeled machines for yrs. I've told them they need to have a recall/upgrade and also rebuild them inhouse. These things have to be piled everywhere....
I also suggested they need a plug in stand at the dealers, so you can have them allocated there so you don't have to have a tech come out with the EDT tool. They could also ship them out programed. One of my biggest bitches to them.
I would like to start a class action lawsuit over them and use of the EDT tool. If I can get enough people to join me, I would hire the same lawyers going after JD for repair rights.
The guy at Agco Corp told me to buy a new tractor to get the limited EDT diagnostic equipment they have with it. Real smart Agco
There is a solution, Agco just doesn't care to look I guess.
Actually their solution is sell new equipment and ignore the older stuff. Agco wants us buying all the latest and greatest.

Edit- I love my Massey/Agco equipment, I use and sell a lot of it. But the amount of down time the valve modules, finger tips and some of the valves themselves have caused is mind boggling. Just waiting for tech to program what would be a 5 min swap can make you pretty frustrated.
