The AgTalk classifieds section is being targeted by one or more scammers. Their motive is money.
Every time you do a financial transaction online, be sure to check out who the other party is. Talk to them on the phone, get info. Don't just send people money without doing some research on them. Google the e-mail address, google the phone number, contact their bank and ask if they are legit. Does their account have a history of posts that indicate they are legitimate?
If you see an ad in the classifieds that is a scammer, create a post in one of the forums and then set an alert on it so the admins will quickly see it.
Below are some of the phone numbers and e-mail addresses that the scammers are using. It is easy to create new e-mail accounts and phone numbers, so this list is not all inclusive.
