Do you guys use them on alfalfa, I own a vermeer and it will help get hay dry but it does knock some leaves off so we hardly use it unless we get a rained on mess that we try to salvage. Grass hay I'd use it.
When do you ted the hay? We run two 2510 Vermeer tedders in alfalfa and don't lose many leaves at all if we ted right behind the mower, or early the next morning with a dew on. |
