east central ND | the new wind towers 20 miles away have added 10% in chages to my house electric bill. This is ottertail power co. they put in a new transmition line that doesn't feed our little town , it runs to Fargo and east, and charged all the customer in the area $5 or so per meter. then when all the new wind generators got running they added a $3 to $4 a month chage for "green energy". these are line item charges so they did not have a "rate increase". What a load of crap. | |
