JDTECH - ... I guess I never really "got" that majority/minority thing. Just wasn't raised that way... I was raised in a very "white" area. No particular reason, just how it was. Still pretty much is. But to be honest I try not to make race or color a consideration. That is what I feel we should be working toward. The job application should not even have a place on it for race.I don't know if we have any "minority" farmers on here. Don't really care. I figure if we are farming we are all a minority.
