I think I'd consider one of those degelman contraptions (or the horsh equivalent). Not sure if you call it a "high speed disc" or not but it's what appears to be. Lots of guys in my neighborhood sold their disc, sold their field cultivator and soil finisher and went to those things. Those "vertical til" things that look like a straight bladed look like a complete waste of time. They don't seem to do hardly anything. Good luck.
