Subject: MT875c hot and loud cab

nwks
Im looking to see if anyone has any ideas to help my MT875c

I'm using all the capacity of my tractor, 75-99% power 61 of the 59 gpm the hyd system said it had at factory, also running about 80 hp through the pto

my main complaints/issues is a/c works good until it gets about 85 degrees out then it turns to sour

this spring had new expansion valve, ac compressed, flushed lines, and correct amount of freon and didn't help the cooling much if any. When I'm just doing tillage the ac works good up to 100+ but either full power or full hyd demand just cooks the cab. I have the shades all the way round and use them as much as possible.

other issue is how loud it is in cab when your running 2000 rpm and full hyd demand, the ac blower fan is also loud trying to keep cab cool. I thought I would put some dynamat under the rubber floor mat but when I pulled it up this winter it already had a layer of dynamat, should just add a couple more layers? I was also thinking about seeing if I could adapt the cab supspenion off the fend 1100 and then the cab might set higher I could just fill in under cab with foam board.....

I could free up 12 gpm if I could figure out how to add and mount 300 amps worth of power on my engine.

I have even been considering adding a diesel powered 80 gpm hdy power plant on the tongue of my planter to keep the load off tractor, don't know if that is good idea but all options are on table at moment

any way you can dual pump a mt875 like the new fendt1100?

lots of random thoughts and ideas

looking for any other ideas or input

tia

one last thing, is the dash a week link on these tractors, mine just started flickering and a new dash is too cheap in my option (less than $400)
